Me - It's about you!  Your wellness, your health, your ability to focus on you and bring attention to how becoming just a little more active can make you feel.

What's involved - One4me2020

Really it's not about striving to get to 1 million steps in 3 months, which averages at 11000 per day.  It's really about getting involved so that you can become aware of how active you really are and to check in with your body to see if you are in tune with how much time you are spending on your feet Vs on your bums!


So why not try it?  Here's what to do.....

1)

Down load Instagram and search for @one4me2020.  You will find the page and will see that the owner of the page is me, Stephanie Infinity Wellness.

Once you have followed the page, you have signed up!  You can record your progress and become part of the @one4me2020 crowd by posting pictures and comments.

Use facebook and search @one4me2020.

Sharing Your Experience

  • Take a picture of your steps or post a screen shot.  
  • You could post a little VLOG (video log) to help others see what you are up to.  
  • You might want to comment on other peoples progress to give them some encouragement.  
  • You can use this space however you like, it's not about striving to hit those 11000 each day, but much more than that.  It's about your experience in trying to be a little more active!  Good, bad, indifferent.

There are no real distractions, we are simply being with one another, talking and walking.

We learn to listen better, hear about other peoples lives, understand others challenges or where they may need support.

As a result our relationships grow deeper and are more fulfilling as we become more aware of others needs and build compassion as we do so.
